Arrive in Belize City and head directly into San Ignacio in the heart of the jungle region and unwind at our exquisite eco-lodge. Spend two days uncovering the rainforest including visits to the Blue Morpho Butterfly Sanctuary and the sacred Actun Tunichil Maknal caves. Along the way, our naturalist guide will point out the beautiful plants and animals that inhabit the jungles.
Continue towards the coast stopping at an iguana breeding project and scouting for manatees along the way. After a short flight to Ambergris Caye, spend two full days soaking in the sun, snorkeling over the colorful reefs and enjoying a private BBQ in the sand. Return home on Day 7 or continue on to the post-trip extension to Tikal.
